These Conditions of Use (hereinafter "Conditions of Use") describes the terms and conditions under which the company IT-FINANCE (hereafter "IT-Finance") shall make available to users information on IT-Finance's products.
Access to this Service is subject to the compliance with the present Conditions of Use. Any user accessing the Service must have beforehand read these Conditions of Use and undertakes to comply with them without any reserve.
The information provided by IT-Finance is only indicative and IT-Finance does not make any warranties with respect to the accuracy, completeness, availability and timeliness of the information disseminated on the website.
In particular, financial data are only made available for your information. In no way shall IT-Finance be held liable for any errors or delays and for all their direct and indirect consequences.
Accordingly, the user agrees to use such information under its sole responsibility and agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement. IT-Finance, its affiliates and representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this Service.
In application of the Law on Computing and Data Privacy (loi Informatique et Libertés) of January 6th, 1978, IT-Finance carries out all formal declarations of its data processing and will only carry out processing for purposes which are compatible with the Site and the Services. The data will be stored for a period which is not longer than the period necessary for the purposes of the Site and of the Services.
The User is informed that, pursuant to Section 32 of the Law on Computing and Data Privacy of January 6th, 1978, as amended, information disclosed through the forms available on the Site are required to respond the User's request and are only intended for IT-Finance, responsible of the data processing, for administrative and commercial purposes.
The User is further informed that he has a right of access, of rectification and of deletion of its personal data, on the condition of proving its identity, by contacting us using our contact form.
The Site and its component parts and content, including their names are the exclusive property of IT-Finance and/or the Data Providers. Access to and use of the Services does not give any right to Users or to visitors over the software, the Site, its elements and its content. It is prohibited to reproduce, post, distribute, show, communicate, alter, translate, adapt, or publish the software, the Site or any of its elements or content, without prior written authorization from IT-Finance, subject to prosecution pursuant to Sections L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
The names of the products, services or entities mentioned on the Site may be trade names or registered trademarks belonging to third parties and protected for this reason by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction may be punishable as counterfeiting.
Any reproduction in whole or in part of the trademarks and logos made from component taken from the Site without the express authorization of IT-Finance is prohibited by Section L.713-2 of the Intellectual Property Code.
Showing, reproducing, distributing, extracting or reusing, in part or in whole, of the databases accessible through the Site or the Services is specifically prohibited in virtue of the provisions of law no. 98-536 of the July 1st. 1998 relating to the legal protection of databases.
IT-Finance cannot check the content or the use of the external sites and sources accessible through the Site or the Services, thanks to the links present on the Site. IT-Finance shall not be held liable for the content, advertising, products, services or any other material available on or from these linked pages.
The Conditions of Use are subject to French law. The Conditions of Use have been translated into several languages. In case of ambiguity or disputed interpretation, the version edited in the French language will have legal precedence over the versions edited in other languages. ANY DISAGREEMENT OR LITIGATION WHICH CAN NOT BE SETTLED ON AN AMICABLE BASIS FALLS WITHIN THE EXCLUSIVE COMPETENCE OF THE PARIS COURTS IN FRANCE, NOTWITHSTANDING MULTIPLICITY OF DEFENDANTS, INTRODUCTION OF THIRD PARTIES, SUMMARY PROCEEDINGS, BY SUMMARY ACTION OR PETITION.
